Farmers’ Market Report
A big plus was that Saturday was my birthday and if you can’t buy a Dutch apple pie on your birthday, when can you buy one. Kelly at My Sugar Pie had just one left and, wow, was it good. She really should sell them by the pound though… it was so heavy I had to take it back to the truck before I finished shopping… it later weighed in at 7 pounds!
In our first year of business, My Sugar Pie made over 1300 pies, and shipped over 150 pies across the United States. Thank you for your business!
To keep things interesting for regulars, Cobblestone Grill offers different quiches, crème brulée and pies every day. The latter, on our visit, was a Dutch Apple so thick we thought we’d never arrive at the bottom crust (which turned out to be the best part). The journey there was a fun one.
